Students will learn a sexy, burlesque-style chair dance routine. This class provides a great cardio workout and strengthens the core and legs.
At this level, students will learn floor to chair transitions that require more strength and balance. Expect shoulder stands and faster paced steps! Students must attend Level 1 or have an instructor’s approval before attending this class.

Bringing pole fitness to the floor, we will roll, grind, bump, and flex. Learn to move from one pole to the other with style and grace. Maneuver around the room – from the wall to the floor to the pole and back again!
