At LOVE, our desire is to elevate your mind while you let down your hair. Pole dancing is a total body work out that becomes more challenging as you progress through each level. Pole fitness defines muscles in the areas most women would like to see results, like the arms, thighs, abs, and shoulders, all while offering an excellent cardio experience. Pole dance also improves your confidence, self-esteem, and body awareness. The majority of our classes are for women only, of any weight, age, or fitness level. Whether you are looking to meet new friends, shake up your fitness routine, or just get away from it all, LOVE’s flirty, fun, and feminine sanctuary is just for you! We offer Pole Fitness, Aerial Hoop, Pole Silks, Chair Dance, Flexibility, Conditioning, and Children's Aerial classes. We do offer a limited number of co-ed classes; please contact us for details.
Love Pole Fitness and Aerial Arts was opened with the intention to offer a fun way to get fit. Over the years that goal has turned into a drive to offer not only a fun way to get fit, but also a fitness studio with a family foundation--one that supports fitness goals and strength building, as well as growth and confidence. The staff and students work very hard to create a team-like atmosphere where everyone is not only included, but also supported. In addition to helping you build muscles, we also hope to help shape who you are as a person.
