The lovely Meredith is our sexy, homeschooling, hippie mama! Meredith is an avid yogi, runner, and roller skater. With zero dance background she began poling in October 2020 as a way to breathe life into her fitness routine, and add more spice and sparkle to her world. She was immediately obsessed with the sport and the art of sexy floorwork. Meredith's teaching grasps the nitty gritty fundamentals, meeting the pole with emotion, and the recognition of how damn amazing you really are!

Jen started pole dancing in 2010, thanks to a little curiosity and a Groupon deal, and was instantly hooked. Without a dance, gymnastics, or fitness background, Jen has often taken the “long road” to achieving most of her pole milestones and continues to enjoy the tricks, combos, (and more recently, competition choreographies) that challenge her the most. She loves bringing that enjoyment of the journey to others in her pole community and is grateful for the balance pole (and other pole dancers) bring to her life in return.

Sarah began her pole adventure in 2014 on a whim and was hooked from the very first class! What won
her over was the visible improvement she saw class over class. Months in, she was able to do things she
would have once thought impossible!
Sarah enjoys the strength and tricks aspects of pole most – and if it involves being upside-down, she’s
there! A one-time PSO competitor in 2016, Sarah began teaching in 2023. She prides herself in her
ability to level-adjust, teaching modifications dependent on the students on a given day. Her focus is on
strength building, developing solid pole fundamentals, and tricks-based moves and combos, to help her
students see near-immediate results. Nothing fills her heart with more joy than an excited student who
accomplished something new!
