In October of 2013, Sara tried pole dance on a whim. Her very first class was at LPF, and even with absolutely no dance or gymnastics background, it was love at first spin! It was at LPF that she became "Bee" and truly learned to dance. Bee loves pole not only for the physical outlet, but for the emotional benefits as well. She is the creator of Bee’s Knees Knee Pads, the pole dance knee pad that straps on and strips off.

Jen started pole dancing in 2010, thanks to a little curiosity and a Groupon deal, and was instantly hooked. Without a dance, gymnastics, or fitness background, Jen has often taken the “long road” to achieving most of her pole milestones and continues to enjoy the tricks, combos, (and more recently, competition choreographies) that challenge her the most. She loves bringing that enjoyment of the journey to others in her pole community and is grateful for the balance pole (and other pole dancers) bring to her life in return.

Sierra-a.k.a. LOVE Bunny-started taking pole classes at LOVE in August of 2012. She had never taken dance, gymnastics, cheerleading, or any other sport, but after her very first class, she was hooked. It wasn’t so much the dancing or performance part that she was drawn to, but the sisterhood. Having a sanctuary full of beautiful, strong and encouraging women, she could feel comfortable with her body and learn how to own it. A tutu-wearer from age four, Rebecca had all but resigned herself to a life of Zumba after struggling to find local dance classes for adults. But that all changed when a bachelorette party brought her to Love Pole Fitness in 2014. About halfway through her first pole pirouette, she realized that this unique blend of grace, sass, and strength was everything she didn't know she was looking for. Now that she's discovered the power that comes from moving like herself and no one else, she has made it her mission to help others figure out what it means to move like them.

But she truly found her calling on stage and can often be found competing in either pole or lyra.

Aerial Silk Instructor
Faith began her fascination of Aerial arts on the Flying Trapeze in 2012. From there, she would watch other students on the silks and, as a former dancer, became intrigued by the reminiscent creativity and fluidity of dance and finally, in 2020, just had to finally give it a try and was instantly hooked! She loves to flow different skills together to create "mini performances" and in her silks class students will do the same by learning the skills and building blocks, along with conditioning, to begin to learn and put together different combinations.
