If you are interested in starting Pole Fitness this is the class for you! This class introduces basic spins and techniques, as well as conditioning, base-work, transitions, and inversion preps. This class will help you get familiar with the pole and find your inner dancer. Bring along your favorite pair of heels, if you’re feeling adventurous!
This is a beginner level class, but advanced students are also welcome to revisit the basics or work on your bad side.
In this class, you will take all the knowledge from Pole 1 and take it to the air! This class offers leg hangs, advanced sits and climbs, inversions, and more challenging basework. Skills learned in Pole 2 include, but are not limited to: Figurehead, Scorpio, Gemini, Cross Knee Release, Layback, Superman, Butterfly, Shoulder Mount, Apprentice, and more! To be successful in Pole 2, students should know their Pole 1 spins and be able to climb and invert, though climbs and inverts do not have to b
Pole 3 is for students who have built significant strength and are ready for the next set of challenges. This classes teaches aerial inverting, handsprings, ayesha training, advanced floorwork, and much more. Please ask an instructor if you are ready to move up to level 3 from level 2 before signing up.
Stay low in this all-levels class that focuses on creating a relationship with floor flows. We’ll explore basework and floorwork fundamentals and creativity through a mix of choreography and freestyle. The method may change week to week, but the mode will always be slow and low. Protect your knees, shoulders, and feet! Heels, knee pads, leg warmers, and socks are recommended.
Take your pole fundamentals and training for a spin! In this all levels class students will warm up, condition, learn, and train spin pole tricks and flows. Although this class is all levels, having taken at least four Pole 1 classes is preferred.
This class celebrates the sexy side of Pole Dance. Students will enjoy weekly choreography that includes splits, waves, rolls, bumps, hair whips, twerks, and more! Students are encouraged to wear something sexy and fun. Please bring heels, knee pads, and all the sass!
New to pole? New to dance? New to full body movement? Come enjoy stretchy, sultry, yoga inspired pole flow! Students will break down the micro basics of stretchy movements both pre and post, pole grips, conditioning, transitions, spins and floorwork. You will move very slowly and intentionally as we train our muscles, bodies, breath and brains to understand and perform the fundamental functional pieces that make up a strong pole practice.
This class will focus on improving splits and back flexibility. Low intensity, all levels and bodies welcome. Wear yoga clothes. Bring a mat, water, & yoga blocks (if you have them).
In this class students will warm up, condition the proper muscles for aerial fitness, learn beginner or intermediate grips, foot-locks, and tricks, then combine the skills, and cool down. Leggings suggested.
Take your training to new heights with the aerial hoop! Students will learn how to enter and mount the hoop, tricks under and inside the hoop, conditioning, and combinations. Leggings are recommended.
